Equity Packaging is looking for a Packaging Artwork Engineer / Packaging Design Engineer (AutoCAD) to join its Research & Development team. The role involves design and development of packaging artwork, including color separation, layout design, and preparation of Technical Drawings for Print (TDP) using AutoCAD.
The candidate will be responsible for artwork creation using Illustrator and Photoshop, adjusting key line drawings from suppliers, verifying dimensions, managing print and no-print areas, and ensuring compliance with packaging regulations. The role also includes uploading and approving artwork and TDPs as part of packaging R&D activities.
The position is based in Mumbai, with a remote work option for 6 months, extendable based on requirements. Applicants should have a BE or Postgraduate degree in Packaging or a related field, along with 1–4 years of experience in Packaging R&D within CPG, Food & Beverage, or related industries. Strong skills in AutoCAD, Corel Draw, SolidWorks, and good communication abilities are essential.
